Welcome to the ERGLabs Kemper Profiles BigCartel Store!

Our goal was to create Kemper profiles that would handle extended range tunings exceptionally well and offer the newest Kemper profiling features, including DI/merged profiles.

We also tried to get our hands on amps that haven't been profiled a million times already, but also went ahead and profiled some classics in our second session.

Our approach is slightly different from most people who offer commercial profiles: Rather than offering tons of profiles from every single amp, we reduced it to the max and only kept the best sounding ones. Each amp comes with 4-12 profiles.

Let's take care of some frequently asked questions:

Why are these profiles working better with lower and extended range tunings?

The answer is simple: We used an 8-string guitar for the refining process. Using a guitar with an extended range enabled the Kemper to learn how the amps we profiled would handle the lower frequency range of the 7th and 8th string. We were also able to use one of the most clear sounding pickups in the market - the Instrumental Pickups SFTY3, which has a very tight and articulate low end and great string seperation.

How do your profiles work with standard guitar tunings?

When we refined the profiles, we made sure to cover the entire range of the guitar we used. So if you were wondering if there are any shortcomings with normal tunings, we can assure you that all we achieved was a higher compatibility with low tunings. These profiles work just as well with 6-string guitars and standard tunings!

How long do I have to wait for my files after I placed an order and payed?

What is your return policy?

As all of our products are digital software, delivered instantly once payment is received, it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund. All our sales are final and no refunds can be given.
